Reminders for Primary Students in the Dance Showcase
| Primary Students Involved in the Dance Showcase Performing Arts Hour students and Cocurricular Dance students who have accepted the Dance Showcase Tour (Please note: This is not for Primary Dance Touring Group) | |
| Primary Tech rehearsal note Tuesday 11th June | During school hours for PA Hour and Dance Cocurricular. RAD students and Boys Dance to be signed in at Stage Door at The Glasshouse at 9.00am. Primary RAD students will return to school with their year groups during school hours. |
| What Time to Arrive in the evenings 2024 Dance Showcase Primary Note | Signed in at Stage Door at The Glasshouse at 5:15pm with their hair done and stage makeup applied. Please see note for what to wear. |
| Drink* and Snack | Water Bottle (No glass) and a simple snack in a small bag (No popcorn or super-crumbly snacks. Must take all rubbish home with you). An early dinner prior to drop off is advised. |
| What to wear to the Glasshouse at night* 2024 Dance Showcase Primary Note | Check the note against your child’s Dance Group. Performing Arts Hour classes wear SCAS Sports Coloured shirt and Shorts, SCAS socks and Trainers. Wear sports jacket to and from the Glasshouse. |
| Do Not Bring | Any Technology, Devices or valuables. |
| Collection Routine | An announcement will be made in the theatre at the end of the performances. Students will be held in their Year groups in the large dock area at the Stage Door of the Glasshouse. Year groups will be released one at a time, starting with Kindergarten. The teachers will hand over each child collected to their parent or caregiver. Any students not yet collected will be taken to a holding space and released to their parents or caregiver after all students are collected. |
