Daniel Edwards from Master Builders Australia visited SCAS this week to inform students on career options in the Construction and Building industry.
Daniel was able to provide information about opportunities beyond apprenticeships and discuss tertiary education pathways that can allow students to work as large national, international, residential and commercial builders, as well as civil contractors, smaller local sub-contractors, suppliers and professional industry advisers.
This was a valuable opportunity for students to see beyond the suburban building sites.
