Over the weekend our keen Primary tennis players attended Port City Tennis Club for the 2017 SCAS Primary Tennis Championships.
20 students competed in the Year 6 and Year 5 and Under age group for the SCAS Tennis major prize. After six hours of well-contested tennis, the champions were confirmed. Tom Marchant was named Gentlemen’s Champion and Daisy Mills Ladies’ Champion. The Year 6 age group winners were Liam Thompson and Ella Carroll-Fitzpatrick, with Jed Kirkman and Ban Rashdan runner ups. Year 5 was won by Tom Marchant and Daisy Mills, with Michael Vandoros and Grace Curran runner ups. Well done to all of our players.
