League tag maintains the basic structure of Rugby League. It was designed initially as a coaching aid to give players a feel of rugby league without the risk of injury that full contact carries. Our Under 15 girls have thoroughly enjoyed playing the non-contact, yet very fast-paced game at the League Tag Gala Day here in Port Macquarie, representing SCAS in an outstanding fashion and playing each game with integrity. They showed some definite promise for girls future football codes at SCAS.
The girls managed to win 2 out of 4 games overall. Well done girls!
