
St Columba Anglican School is proud to announce that selected students will represent the school at the prestigious Future of Business -Technology Summit at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie on April 3, 2025.
The summit, featuring renowned mathematician and science communicator Adam Spencer as keynote speaker and MC, brings together industry leaders from Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, and Charles Sturt University to discuss emerging technologies, connectivity innovations, and future business trends.
St Columba Anglican School has been invited to exhibit student technology work, showcasing the school’s commitment to excellence in STEM education. Two outstanding student groups will present their achievements:
- The IONA Fusion Robotics Team, fresh from their impressive 2nd place finish at the Southern Cross Regional competition, where they qualified for the World Championships in Houston, Texas.
- Stage 4 GoIT Program Participants, who recently won the Australasia Innovator of the Year award presented by TATA Consultancy Services.
Students will have the opportunity to interact with industry professionals, attend keynote sessions, and gain insights into emerging technologies and future career pathways in the technology sector.
