In Week 9 we have a couple of exciting performances. Below are the important details of rehearsals and performances:
Tuesday 21st June – Year 3 Strings Concert
1.45pm to 2.15pm rehearsal – Please meet in the Iona Performing Arts Theatre at the end of Period 4 for a run through of our pieces on stage. Bring your instruments to school on Tuesday.
5.30pm to 6.00pm – Year 3 String Concert in the Iona Performing Arts Theatre
Arrive – 5.00pm and meet in the Instrumental room to unpack and tune.
Wear – Full winter school uniform
Concert time – 5:30pm to 6.00pm. Secondary Strings will be the last item of the concert.
**Please practice Palladio and Music from Brave
Parents are welcome to attend the concert. Tickets available via Eventbrite.
Wednesday 22nd June – Normal Rehearsal
7.50am – Normal rehearsal. Please be on time so we can get through some new repertoire.
Thursday 23rd June – Full School Anniversary Service
Arrive – 8.15am and meet in the Instrumental room to unpack and tune.
8.30am to 9.15am – rehearsal of The Lord of the Dance and Advance Australia Fair.
9.30am to 10.30am – Full school service in the Iona Sports Stadium.
