Tuesday | 7.50am | Junior Volleyball (Years 5 to 8) | Skills, drills and games in the Iona Sports Stadium. |
7.50am | Sprint Training | Work on running technique and skills to improve speed. Meet at wooden tables at the front oval. | |
Wednesday | 7.40am | Secondary Tennis | Registration through sport@scas.nsw.edu.au Group tennis coaching to improve skills and techniques and learn rules and tactics of the game. |
8.00am | Primary Cricket | Meet on front oval for skills with Mr James. | |
