This year we welcome Anna Bell to our Primary staff as our new Year 5 teacher, 5T Turtles. Anna has experience across all grades of primary and has previously taught Music and Science specific subjects across schools in Canberra and Cowra. Most recently, Anna has been working in Learning Support.
The Media Team sat down with Anna at the start of Term 1 to learn a little more about her.
| What are you looking forward to about 2023 at SCAS? | Not only do I get to meet a new class of students, but I am looking forward to making new friends with all the lovely staff at SCAS. |
| What was your favourite co-curricular activity as a student? | I really loved to get involved in any co-curricular activities when they came up, even if I wasn’t very good at them, but my favourites were dance and chess. |
| What is your favourite thing to do on the weekend? | I am a social bunny, so I love meeting up with friends for a BBQ, walk or a coffee! I am looking forward to regular beach days and exploring all there is to do in the area. |

| Tell us a fun fact about you | I love to play board games. At the moment, my favourites are Everdell and Wingspan. |
