Welcome William Twigg

We welcome Will Twigg to our Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) faculty this year. Will will be teaching PDHPE across both the Primary and Secondary Schools. Will joins SCAS from Oxford Falls Grammar School in Sydney, where he taught PDHPE and Outdoor Recreation. Will has also taught in international schools in Tanzania and Vietnam in roles such as the Head of Sport and PDHPE teacher. 

The Media Team sat down with Will in early Term 1 to learn more about him. 

What are you looking forward to about 2022 at SCAS?I am really looking forward to being involved in a school that has a great co-curricular and extra-curricular program, a school that is located in a beautiful natural environment and getting involved in the SCAS life in sports, community and doing life together with like-minded colleagues.
What was your favourite co-curricular activity as a student? Sport and outdoor camps
What is your favourite thing to do on the weekend in the Port Macquarie area?Surfing, Rugby, Motorbiking or playing any sport. Basically being outdoors.
What was your latest good read?The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer
Tell us a fun fact about youI can speak Kiswahili (The Lion King language)
