Welcome Amy Halliday, our new Year 6 Teacher

Amy joins us in 2021 as our new Year 6 teacher. She is a qualified Primary Teacher who has retrained in Special and Inclusive Education, and up until 2020 was working at Wauchope High School in their Support Unit.

Amy has enjoyed her first few weeks at St Columba, and is really looking forward to working with the bright minds of her Year 6 class, and also having the opportunity to work alongside the talented teachers in the Primary School.

Amy and her family enjoy being outdoors, with gardening, camping, fishing and bird watching some of their favourite activities. When time permits, Amy especially enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen and refining her culinary skills.
