Cameron Jones graduated from St Columba in 2010, and has been working at our Early Learning Centre, Columba Cottage, since he was given the opportunity to take on a traineeship at the Centre in 2011.
In Cam’s words, “In my later schooling years my passion for sport saw me spend time coaching children’s sporting teams which eventually led me in the direction of Early Childhood. In 2014 I was lucky enough to win a World Teachers Day award for my passion in seeing children learn through physical play. My biggest motivation in this industry is watching a child’s eagerness in wanting to discover something new each and every day and for me, being a part of that is really special.”
Cameron is currently the Room Leader of the Emu Room, and a dedicated and passionate educator.
