Infants Choir Soiree a huge success

The Infants Choir had their first soiree for parents this week, and both children and adults had a wonderful time.

Mrs Rebekah Erga, the leader of the choir, involved the parents in warm ups, and the children helped their mums and dads ‘tune up’ with some fun singing exercises. They then performed some of the songs that they have been working on in choir this term, accompanied by Head of Primary, Mr Bruce Little, on guitar. The purpose of the soiree is to give the children a chance to share what they do in a relaxed, informal setting, and feedback from the afternoon has been very positive. This will be a regular event for Infants Choir this year.

Infants choir is for students in Kindergarten to Year 2, and new members are always welcome. The choir rehearse in the Primary Music Room on Wednesday mornings from 8.10am.
