Introducing Kath Brazel, our new Year 2 Teacher

St Columba Anglican School welcomes Kath Brazel, who will be joining our SCAS staff team in 2021 teaching Year 2.

Kath joins us from St Joseph’s Primary in Laurieton where she was the Numeracy and Literacy Leader for Kindergarten to Year 2. Kath grew up in the Port Macquarie area, and has been working in Catholic Education for the past 20 years both locally and in Sydney.

Kath is looking forward to getting to know the SCAS community, especially the students and families, and is also excited to be sharing her experience with the Stage 1 team.

Outside of work Kath, her husband and two boys enjoy getting outdoors to go camping, mountain biking and surfing. Kath is very grateful for the welcome she has received from staff and parents of the SCAS community and is excited for the year ahead.
