Katelyn Oppedisano (Class of 2013 Vice Captain) has been studying a Bachelor of Education (Secondary Arts) at the University of New England and is currently completing her third year with one year remaining. She chose to complete her first practicum here at SCAS and has “learnt more than I could ever hope for, I couldn’t have asked for a better first placement!”
Katelyn says that the school has changed incredibly and that she hardly even recognised many buildings. She went on to say that it has been great to learn many new things about the school that she attended for 10 years. She said that being unfamiliar with a lot of new staff and students allowed her to come in and be exposed to many new learning experiences. She felt extremely blessed to have been given this opportunity.
