Mukti Special Guests

Some of our Primary and Secondary students were privileged to hear from two visitors representing Mukti Australia and India. This presentation supports the Pastoral Program, sharing cultural understanding, empathy and social justice issues.
Teela Mah and Saroj shared some stories and a visual presentation on their work in India to provide care, education and training for underprivileged girls. It is hoped we can continue a further partnership with Mukti as part of the Giving aspect of Pastoral Care.
Students were definitely left with a feeling of empathy, the power of Christianity and prayer, and the fact that they are very privileged to be born here and be educated as well as they are.
