Primary Crusaders off to a fun, sweet start

The purpose of Crusaders is to have fun together as we learn about Jesus, read the Bible, pray together and sing a song or two each week.
We met for the first time last Tuesday and had fun building marshmallow towers. The challenge for each group was to build the longest and most sturdy marshmallow tower using just mini marshmallows and toothpicks. Each group came up with an impressive, unique design, and then enjoyed eating their creation.
We talked about the role that each one of us plays in God’s family, that He builds us together as His people, just like our marshmallow towers. We’re looking forward to what we’ll learn this year, to more fun and laughter, and to encouraging each other along the way.
All primary students are welcome!
