Record numbers of SCAS students marched on ANZAC Day

Over 180 SCAS and Columba Cottage students marched through the streets of Port Macquarie to honour those who served in the defence of Australia, especially remembering those who paid the supreme sacrifice or otherwise suffered as a result of their service. Our students, staff and families then attended the Commemoration service at the Cenotaph at the corner of Clarence & Horton Streets, where Alexandra Hawes (Year 11) gave the memorial address.

Head of Secondary School, Allan Guihot, was “exceptionally proud of all of the students and families who came to march”.
