| 3.30pm | Cricket Club | Coaching clinic conducted by Cricket NSW. Registrations are online. | |
| Tuesday | 7.50am | Junior Volleyball (Years 5 to 8) | Skills, drills and games in the Iona Sports Stadium. |
| 7.50am | Sprint Training | Work on running technique and skills to improve speed. Meet at wooden tables at the front oval. | |
| Wednesday | 7.40am | Secondary Tennis | Registration through sport@scas.nsw.edu.au Group tennis coaching to improve skills and techniques and learn rules and tactics of the game. |
| 8.00am | Primary Cricket | Meet on front oval for skills with Mr James. | |
| Thursday | 7.50am | Senior Volleyball (Years 9 to 12) | Skills, drills and games in the Iona Sports Stadium. |
| 7.50am | Fitness Training (Years 6 to 12) | HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) a chance for students and staff to improve fitness.Meet at the wooden tables on the front oval. | |
