Monday8.00amPrimary Running GroupImproves fitness and enjoy some running at school.
Meet at wooden tables on the front oval.
3.30pmCricket ClubCoaching clinic conducted by Cricket NSW. Registrations are online.
Tuesday7.50amJunior Volleyball (Years 5 to 8)Skills, drills and games in the Iona Sports Stadium.
7.50am Sprint TrainingWork on running technique and skills to improve speed. Meet at wooden tables at the front oval.
Wednesday7.40amSecondary TennisRegistration through sport@scas.nsw.edu.au
Group tennis coaching to improve skills and techniques and learn rules and tactics of the game.
8.00amPrimary CricketMeet on front oval for skills with Mr James.
Thursday7.50amSenior Volleyball (Years 9 to 12)Skills, drills and games in the Iona Sports Stadium.
7.50amFitness Training (Years 6 to 12)HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) a chance for students and staff to improve fitness.Meet at the wooden tables on the front oval.
7.40amPrimary TennisRegistration through sport@scas.nsw.edu.au
Group tennis coaching to improve skills and techniques and learn rules and tactics of the game.
Friday8.00amAthletics TrainingDistance running training, throwing events, high jump (negotiated). All students meet Mr West in Iona Sports Stadium to collect equipment.
8.00amPrimary BasketballSkills and drills in Iona Sports Stadium.
