Twelve Angry Jurors

It’s getting very exciting in the Year 10 Drama classroom as the weeks are closing in to their performance of Twelve Angry Jurors.

A highly demanding play in which most characters remain on stage for the duration of the play, Twelve Angry Jurors is both a mentally and physically exhausting  play to rehearse. Despite this, each lesson allows us to see a little more magic reveal itself and the students are showing incredible support for each other as they prepare for their roles.

An excursion to the Glasshouse to undertake a Gothic Theatre Workshop by Shake & Stir Theatre Company has both inspired and fuelled these students who now feel more confident in tackling some of the more intense and challenging scenes within the play. Community members can come along and support Year 10 in their production of Twelve Angry Jurors, which will be performed in the School Chapel on Thursday 6th April at 6.30pm.
