It is with great pleasure that we introduce Mrs Lauren Tancred, our newest addition to the Primary team. Lauren will be working with our Year 4 Geckoes in 2024.
Lauren commenced her teaching career by completing a Masters of Teaching (Primary) qualification, and secured a position at The Hills Grammar School in Sydney. She then moved to Pymble Ladies’ College, where she played a crucial role in supporting staff through their accreditation process and professional development. She was then invited back to The Hills Grammar School, where she participated in their Middle Leadership Pilot Program.
In 2023, after the birth of her second son, Lauren embraced a new adventure by relocating to sunny Port Macquarie.
Lauren is looking forward to continuing her passion for fostering a love for learning, and also contributing to the educational growth of our SCAS students.
The SCAS Marketing and Communications team met up with Lauren to learn a bit more about her interests and passions.
