Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 classes were privileged to have some senior visitors this week to teach them the ‘must-knows’ of English!
Mr Mills’ Year 9 English class received topics that they were to teach to the Primary students, and then took turns presenting to a number of Primary classes.
Topics included onomatopoeia, when to use capital letters, hyperbole, idioms and connotations.
The Primary students were engaged with a wide range of exciting lessons presented by the Year 9s and diligently took notes of what they had learned.
