Thirteen fast and very fit SCAS students attended the Combined Independent Schools (CIS) Cross Country Championships held at Eastern Creek Raceway in Sydney recently, where their endurance levels were further tested by a wet track.

We acknowledge the following students and congratulate them on progressing to this CIS level of representation:

Primary School

  • Grace Curran
  • Wilson Roberts
  • Ted Strong
  • Alice Hillsdon
  • Isla Smith
  • Frederick King
  • Selby Buckland

Secondary School

  • Anneliese Cains
  • Jack Mills
  • Sam Soper
  • Laura Reynolds
  • Hannah Jones
  • Max Clark

A special congratulations to Anneliese Cains (4th) and Jack Mills (10th) who both ran exceptionally well and were subsequently selected in the CIS team to participate at the NSW All-Schools Championships to be held over the holiday break. Good luck to Anneliese and Jack.
