Year 9 Food Technology students recently completed their “Food for Special Occasions” assessment task. The students researched, designed, produced and evaluated four individual novelty cakes suitable for a birthday party. The creativity and decorative techniques were outstanding, and there were some amazing creations undertaken in the School’s Trade Training Centre kitchen. Well done Year 9!
